  • Richard is amazing! I'm a huge advocate for customer service... if the meal is great but the service sucks... I'm less likely to show back up. In this case the meal was great and the service was amazing. There was a young man by the name of Richard assisting customers when I walked in. He had such a pleasant dynamic about him that created a relaxed, calm and chill atmosphere. He talked to every customer as if he was friends with them while holding a high level of respect. [ . . .]  Richard did a great job confirming that if I didn't like the smoothie selected he would do everything in his power to make sure I got one that did please me.
